The Telescada NeXGen RTUX Expansion Modules provide quick and easy I/O expansion for the NeXGen™ RTU-8844 Remote Terminal Unit

Whether you need a few extra I/O points, or hundreds, the NeXGen RTUX makes expansion quick and economical. Each module snaps into a standard DIN rail, with power and communication distribution bus for interconnection. Each module is easily addressed with a simple rotary switch. Once installed, the NeXGen RTU module queries each installed module and loads the module into its's database. Then the NeXGen RTU scans each module for data. Polled data and quiescent reporting is done though the NeXGen RTU using standard DNP protocol.
